Serious Game Joining Problems

I can log in to the game and talk to everyone completely fine, but when I join a game and click the [Join Game] button, the load up screen pops-up and I instantaneously get a black screen and then my game suddenly closes and gives me an error saying

" CROSSFIRE ERROR "
- Send Error report?
[Ok] [Cancel]

This is what I get every time. My game freezes and it closes.

Update: I got a new message saying,
Cannot open shader file - rez/Shader/legacyshader.fxo
File not found!
[OK]

Can anyone please help me with this, I'm in desperate need! I haven't played crossfire in like 4 days....
