No sound bug and hack detecting ban bug

I didn't play the game for a while (school blah blah), as soon as I logged in to UK Server 4 and found a room playing Egypt... a bug occured; I don't hear any gunshots, explosives or anything else other than shot sounds from my gun, an adjacent teammate's gunshot sounds, and MG gunshot sounds from an enemy coming from spawn. 30 seconds in and a pop-up says "Hack tool detected [1]" The entire game shot down. I tried to log in again but I recieved a cooldown/ban of 0 Days 0 Hours 5 minutes.

I couldn't make this dreck out; you play for half a minute with a no sound bug, and gets suspected as hacker and recieves a 5 minute ban from the game. WHAT!?

I hope the developers of Cross Fire NA - especially [GM] users - are WELL aware of this problem, and are fixing this hurrendous trainwreck of a bug, more accurately a hack detector detecting bugs rather than hacks and launch over 150 errors in the screen as a bug that's been around in several years.

Nearly same problem

The sound i just losed one time but every time i restarted game or closed game for round about an hour i get a Hack tool has been detected and the 5 minutes bann... then i log in and it dont happen again. but i hate to come from Work having less time to play and get a bann for 5 min just for loging in and playing 10 seconds... any idea how to fix? or is this a fail from CF for Windows 8 user?

Same thing just happened to me as I was logging in. I got banned for 5 minutes. Also, I have XP so it looks like it's not just affecting Windows 8, if that helps any.
