Can't change control settings?

Due to the fact that I live in Switzerland and have an other Keyboard layout, I have to change my control settings every time I log in, so that i am able to jump, crouch, walk and open the scoreboard. But after the update I can't change my control settings. I can check/uncheck the boxes in the video settings and I can change the volume in the sound settings, but I can't change the keybindings. So CF is now completly unplayable for me, as I cant jump etc. Has anyone the same problem or a solution?

last time it occured, got disconnected and sinece i get hack tool detected 0:4:0:0 each time i try to play

always the same crap at each update ...

I confirm the problem on all servers

I just noticed that I can change the options as long as i am in a room, but not when I'm in just the server or in a channel.
