Well he used to use mine - yet my old domain expired - and link stop working
since then I was trying to give an info that domain was changed.

Depends on how much free time I got - but usualy I need
from 20 minutes to 2-3 hours to finish the job.

some of people use my sigs on their own clan-forums
or simply collect them - since who knows maybe someday there will be posibility
to use sigs here :]
