i can't hear nothing

the problem is when I get into a game, I hear nothing, just hear the radio and my shots.
does not work is in the game, I can not hear the shots or other steps
out of the game I can hear the music, effects etc....

notice before entering the game, I got a message where it says that it has detected a hack and I do not use a hack in my life.

fter I uninstalled the game and I've been installing again, and has not left me any message, but it does not work the audio.
