tickets , account hacked
well my main account ( so not this account ) is hacked a long time ago ( 24th ferburari ) , i have write emails but no answer and maked tickets and didnt got an good answer .
i got the feeling that they dont read it .
well , some people will say now that its my fault BUT how could it be my fault if this hacker have hacked my email and changed it to his one ?
Can someone gave me tips to get my account still back ??

Usually those basic info can be found by looking on your facebook profile (also he must know what is your facebook profile)...
So is your responsabilites not so use your registered CF email to other aplications, use a different and strong passwd (not use same passwd on email and cf account)
Also if your PC is unprotected you can be infected by trojans and other viruses/malware who will stole all your passwords typed on your keyboard or memorated by internet browsers.
So yes basically is your fault not take care of your passwords.
The only way to recover back your CF account:
1. use a fresh account to send a ticket
2. describe there your solen account info - provide at least 2 account details : like date created, first password, first registered email - last ZP charge ID.
3. after sending ticket - check your initial registered email and your current registered email for this new account - when a z8 staff will respond to your ticket - will send you an email ask some more details and you have 24 hours to replay back - if not your tiket will be closed and future ticket on same problem ignored.
thats what i do everytime , make ticket and gave alot of information but always the same standard answer ; Please submit a new ticket with the Login ID that you would like to recover in the space where it says "Login ID:" on the support form.
How could i do that if that guy have hacked it ?
and yes my pc is unprotected cuz if my firewall protect my pc i cant play crossfire , everytime its said its delayed. -

So put the ID which you think is got stolen not the ID which you are using now....and also put the security answer of that account which got stolen and other relative information the are asking.
If you don't remember your email or password than you should move on,probably you felt to some zp scam......
