Change in game name

I bought the item to change my call name.
When I was trying to change my name, they said the name was already taken.
So, I closed it to think about a name, but when I opened "my items" again, the item to change my name was gone.
I checked it several times and my name hasn't been changed either.
Is there a way to get my item back?
