Streaming Problems

Here is my setup:

Intel i5 4670K @ 3.4 gHz
Asus Radeon HD 7850
8 GB, 2x4GB, Dual Channel
Asus 144hz Monitor
Windows 8.1 Pro

Here is my OBS Setup:






Crossfire is being streamed using monitor capture.

My internet specs:


I use WTFast to connect to CF, which keeps my ping a steady 30ish, instead of it jumping from 35-55.
My problems with OBS are numerous:

I start getting FPS lag, even though I shouldn't
I start spiking, even with my upload set to such a low amount.
Stream is pretty glitchy.

I had none of these problems with Windows 7

any help?

How many frames do you drop in 5 minutes? (Average)

Does the bitrate monitor spike? If yes, to what bitrate?

Drop up to 20%, so annoying.

And yes, the bitrate drops from 2000 to around 400-500 at times.

This did not happen with Windows 8.

Perhaps "WTFast" is competing with your stream and game bandwidth, thus resulting in dropped frames.

I guess that has to be the problem. Ill try it without Wtfast tonight, but it still doesnt explain the fps lag
