Hello, there.

I'm James Xiao Sco from team dot1Q™, we are currently in a tournament called New years tournament 2014. We are in the finals, we are searching for a sub;

Scoreboard for the tournament.

What we want from you:

• Fluent English.
• Teamspeak with a perfect microphone.
• Obviously, gamesense, your own individual skill to clutch or win the round for the team.
• A honourable ribbon (If you don't have it, you must prove that the ribbon was taken away from you from something other than [size=+1]cheating[/size].
• UK/ European nationality.
• Ping from 10-80 in UK servers.
• Experience in the competitive scene.
• Respecting everyone, we are a respective team, if someone retakes a site well, we are a team that says "wp", or gets a nice shot and says "nice one, bro" not like "luck" or "cheats".
• Mature, serious attitude, or you will not get along with any of us, which will result in a cut/kick, cause your personality is the most important thing.
• Reliability.

What we offer:

• We are like a family.
• We are a team built from 3 British people and 2 Belgians, our other two subs are Dutch and Canadian (lives in the middle east).
• Great teamwork, we are actually known for our teamwork and our individual skills.
• Competing in every PUG organised by Supreme community which me, Xiao is an admin in.
• Don't think cause, we are looking in the forums for a player, it's gonna be easy to be able to join us, our tryouts will be long and pretty hard, we want the best choice that will also be decided by the whole team itself.
• We are not a team that will just fall apart cause of one argument, we stay strong and we resolve the differences and learn how to live with it, if that issue pops up.
• Most of us are friends from a long time, we will not make you feel like the outlaw in the group, we will welcome you with open arms, as long as you pass our tests and personality tests.

You should post here: http://forum.z8games.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8, as that sub-forum is more indicated toward competitive players and I'm sure you'll have an easier time finding a sub there (this one is more casual).

Best of luck though, you guys seem serious and I'd consider if I was a competitive player.
