As a rule of thumb, the size I would think is preferred is 800X600.
And yes, I think Saidin is fully aware of the fallacy the web team did. As Lobster has pointed out to me in a different conversation, it's on his sig...
OT: I am happy to learn more about this mode as it gets closer to the patch date.
Unfortunately for me, the whole website itself, the Wave Mode site, doesn't work well with me. None of the buttons work... and about 30 min before, it was literally a messed up web design with pictures and text going down a single column.
I guess it's still a "work in progress". I hope the team on it has plenty of coffee. -
2014 and you're still using win 98 ( or xp I dont remember)? Mine cant even work. It's not working fix the damn section.
LOL It's XP, I changed it to gain fps. But someone just told me how your pc runs CF. GOD DAMN MY PC

Our Web Teams were highly focused on the CF ES launch yesterday. Unfortunately that meant there was a schedule conflict with releasing the Map Previews on time. We managed to get those previews out at the very end of the day after working many hours of over time. However some development issues still lingered.
During the design process, a webpage doesn't just magically create itself. The page must go through iterative design. One of those iterations involved creating temporary text so that the designer can have something to work with. The public is never supposed to actually see that text so it rarely matters what it is. (look up Lorem Ipsum on Google).
Despite popular opinion our team is only human and requires sleep. It's unfortunate that a mistake like this got through, but it's not one that is difficult to fix today and we can laugh about it after.
As for the word "Don't". That's a page bug and will be corrected in the HTML today. -

It'd be nice if more people would apreciate what goes on with making a site like that.
Anyway's i'm already hooked on the update with wave mode alone.

We? GM's and Admin don't actually do anything around here but shut down threads speaking out against bad company policy, hackers, and game-breaking bugs that give cause for concern to possible new players...THEY actually broke their backs programming the website, you just sat there in the office. -
