  • most teams just run around in a free for all making up "strats" which devolves into people shooting eachother
  • I'll make an example situation.

This story involves a typical team of 5 players. Practice is set to start at 7:00 CST.

Players 1 and 2 get on at 6:50. They chat in mumble and join a TDM in Ego 8. Player 3 texts player 4 that he will be a few minutes late.
Player 4 gets online at 7:10 and tells players 1 and 2 that player 3 will be late.
Player 5 has been at his computer the whole time, but was in a game of league of legends. He lost his ranked game and is now in a bad mood.

Player 3 finally gets on at 7:30 and everyone enters a room. The in game leader shows everyone a strategy that is pure theory crafting and involves the other team playing like idiots. They all decide mutually that the strategy is great. The team looks for opponents to practice against.

After 5 minutes or so they find another average team like themselves to play against. Everyone takes a few minutes to join the room from the random pubs they are in. Right before both teams have 5 players, player 2's mom calls him away from the computer to eat dinner.

It is now 8:05 CST. The 4 remaining players enter a tdm on ship. Player 2 returns at 8:30 CST. The team is excited to scrim. Oops surprise it's patch night. Better luck tomorrow team!

Well mostly in the e8 scene we just make shiptd maps hs only. whoever gets the best score in the room wins free zp. That's why e8 is so famous.

Also you should know kingdooper has won 100kzp off hs only you should try it out.
  • you should practice not dying before the bomb is planted which is an issue for most players, then retaking a site and all the coordination involved with that including things like timing/flashes etc, pro tip, use the game clock to coordinate things, it is better to find another team to practice with to help each other out but someone you trust who won't release your strategies. if not, practice with your team.. don't play scrims to win, play scrims to try things out.
