because when you cant lead a team, might as well blame the community. Its ok, I am sure we will see a thread soon enough with wizdom asking for ZP from ESG.
Can't lead a team? Tyler left to join Fly and Logic left because Tyler did. How is this because I can't lead?
But it's cool. Your team will go far. -

Read what you just typed. Then read it again, and again, until it clicks for you.
Let me attempt to help with a parallel. If someone misunderstands you, they are not at fault. It is your fault for not communicating well enough. -
I must ask this.
Thread title: "Damn you guys got What you wanted..."
Why the hell is the W in what capitalized? It just make no sense to me.
I'm not sure if this is possible but if you want you can take this and edit the title.
"Damn you guys got what you wanted." No need for the two extra periods.
Good day! -

Not 100% true.
It's more of an understanding of one another. The leader or strat caller doesn't need to be the best at communication as long as everyone on the team has an idea of what needs to be done. -

I wasn't talking about in-game communication; I was offering a real-world parallel. -

I talked to people in ur team abt u, they said u dont really take criticize, altho you dont rage but have a negative attitude when things seem bad which makes everyone in the team feel hopeless, you try so hard in scrims and leave no room for ppl to have fun, yes scrims r important but at least ppl can have fun sometimes, ypu aree wayyy too srs. Who exactly did you talk to, because I ask for criticism no one speaks up. Then I always hear from someone outside of the team what the team is saying. First off I don't want or need a team of people who feels like that can't talk to me.
As far as my negative attitude when things seem bad, I do sigh a lot when I see mistakes or call with disappointment when I see a teammate do something that could have been done better. It's because I want to win so much, it I have seen it cause the team moral to go down.
So depending on when and who you talked to they were right. But this has not been the case for these past two weeks. When someone from outside of my team, again, approached me and mentioned about my attitude I changed it! Because I want to win, I humbled myself and started practicing calling calmly no matter what.
Either way it's not all on the leader, it's the team members as well they both have to work in harmony for a team to play well. Another thing I think it's because I am so dominate and aggressive people who are more timid tend to fall back.
I want to win and I was only trolling telling the community they got what they wanted, it was no ones fault. Just how things turned out.
With that being said, hit me up on xfire: powerofminds
I want to win! I can either tryout for your team or we can rebuild Enlighten, I still have Danny(aztckk). So hit me up! -

Danny is my best bud . I will join ur quest, ye I know, I talked to danny abt u too, he said u changed. No rage, kind of a downer sometimes xD !!! and u listen to people , what I really want to say is you should have fun, winning is a good thing but sometimes people want to play a game/scrims of CF cause life = stressed you know? Sometimes let loose and relax in scrims is fun, you dont need to win but everyone is laughing!! That is my point, but when sometimes we need to work on sth like strat or improvement then ye we need to win scrims!! xD You have to balance both side.
Hmm Idk, I have so much free time so Im gonna be super active, I love to play with Danny and I heard u changed at least you listen so ye why not, I'll play with you just talk to danny, he has my fb and let me know when you have enough people I'll come back. -
Lets be honest here Wizdom..
You had a team of good players with no team chemistry, you can't throw players together and make a team that is going to last. From the get-go everyone knew that Enlighten was a ticking time bomb when it came to sticking around. Why do you ask? Because whether you like to hear it or not, your team was filled with players that have an ego that is larger than themselves. Can't say much for Tyler / 15oL cause he actually went to China.
You had yourself, danny, logic, tyler, and dr jay. Truth be told, you were the "leader" of the team so everyone in the community look upon the team on how you act. You complained about everyone hating your team and you come up with an overly sarcastic response to that by saying, "we take that negative energy and turn it into positive energy to win," don't make ridiculous responses like that just because you don't like what the community thinks about you. Maybe if you weren't so full of yourself and respected other players in the community your team would've lasted longer or even became the most liked team in our version.
Another reality check, I'm not sure what happened between the Enlighten squad, but what I figured is that Tyler was only temporary, sooner or later he would join another team that has more potential then Enlighten if he were to keep playing, which he did. Then by knowing Logic, he's a snake, he'll do whatever it takes to win no matter who he's on a team with. He will just leave without saying a word so I don't know why you act so surprised that he left, he's a player that has an ego that is larger than himself. Then by knowing Dr Jay, I always thought he was fishy, not all the time though, there were points in time where I thought he was completely legit. Seeing how he got busted by the ESG client pretty much cleared up his fishiness.
What I suggest you do now Wizdom, you look for a team that you can work well with, a team where you aren't the leader of. From what I know about how you play and the type of player you are, you're a good player I'll give you that, I just think that you aren't suited to be a IGL because you don't take criticism very well, you kind of just blow people off and don't listen to what they have to say. The best way to become a better player is to listen to what others tell you what you need to work on or what the team needs to work on in the leader's POV. As I said earlier, you need to find players that have the teamwork and chemistry that even out with their performance. Jeden suited you well, so try and find a team or players that best match what it was like when you played with Jeden because that was a good team. -
