error and 6min till 2hours ban

sometimes i get errors and after that i get like 6 minutes banned from the game.
My friend got a 2 hours banned from the game. how can i avoid getting errors and banns ?

6 minute bans are normal. From experience though, I think it's when you spike lag like mad? Can't really confirm though.

As for the 2 hour ban, he was probably doing something against the rules.
