What is this error and how can I fix it. It says Crossfire Out Of Memory.

Maybe you're PC is not good enough to Run CF.
Happens when programs cannot get enough RAM

To fix? First try closing all background programs

I have no more than enough ram, and i can assure you my computer is good enough.

Try uninstalling some unwanted programs , keep your desktop clean and clear your memory, hdd, ram with "ccleaner" or different programs.

How much? I would say you need 8GB old ram, or 4GB new Ram (R3+) at least now.

On my laptop if i try record with FRAPS i get this message, and when i checked task manager, had no available memory. Because it had only 4GB RAM.

Its noting to do with how much ram you have it occurs when you keep tabbing out or 'black screen' in between tabbing out. Recording the game with low FPS can speed the process of the error up.

It's 100% to do with RAM/Virtual Memory lol.

ALT Tabbing uses RAM - because constantly has to reload everything, therefore = RAM crash

Known people with over 16gb ram who constantly got this error. :eek:

I get it when recording at 1 fps somtimes.

RAM can be inefficient with bad hardware. You can have 1000GB Ram, if ur processor does not process that RAM good enough, you will get this message >:D

The message itself is actually common though, i've had it in other games.
