Can't begin to install crossfire

The title says it all, I can't Install this bloody game. everytime I try to install I keep getting a message saying "CrossFire_Na.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience" I can't do any thing but close after this message can someone please help me?

What Anti Virus you use? And what Windows version?

All of the downloads on the Crossfire website are working, including the alternative ones. As I said before, turn off your anti-virus, then reinstall Crossfire.
