FPS Problems with Windows 8 - 64 Bit...

My Problem:
Since i play with Windows 8 - 64 Bit and my new AMD Radeon HD Grafic Card 512 MB CrossFire i have all the time 15 - 25 FPS lags! I have Direct X11 and all my PC Driver are up to date!
Anyone can help me?

512 MB so low for high FPS but u can install win 8.1 Pro fix your FPS and your graphic cards must be last driver (not beta version) And go to settings close virtual syncs (always disable)!!!

i think u turn on win7 or XP but win 8.1 more performanced as others!!

Memory on a video card has nothing to do with FPS, it's relevant to resolution. Higher memory cards = better performance on higher resolutions.
