Forgotten SQ + Email

Hi Admins and everyone

I have a huge Problem at the moment .. It's been like more than 3 years since I had to use my Secrurity Question or Email .. And Hey .. I need it today and have forgotten the secrurity question and my email that i used for my Account ..
Can somebody help me? In particular the Admins here? I mean .. if you follow the login places .. it's nearly always the same .. I just moved once but I am still in the same city ..
So if you do that, then you can see that i am always the same one who uses this account ..
