Lol it's text it's not a hack, all those letters and symbols are regular characters on a keyboard.
It's not illegal to use it or share it either. Although I suspect Z8 might not want people to use it but that is their job to moderate the forums and fix in game chat.

Yeah that's exactly what I thought but I meant you're not allowed to spread it around the forums, because [MOD]dot is going around closing these threads. But it looks like everyone already knows how to do it some how... Don't think it matters now, but you never know... -

Well I read the rules it didn't say anything about sharing text otherwise those threads asking what your macros are would be bannable too.
I suppose being a private forum they can however delete what they do not like, I have no objection to that. -

They won't, not at all. It does no harm at all.
And it's hardly a replacement for coloured text since you have to type the whole code with your own text each time you want to write in the chat in colour.
It's only easy to use in a macro but with all the script then it leaves you about 10 chars. Again not a very good replacement for a coloured text from the shop.
It's just a novelty and a wow factor I guess.
There was a similar one where you added <x> to a macro and it came out silver and shiny. -
You can see the color chat in the item shop right? so what they are doing seems to be illegal because you are supposed to pay zp for it. So in this way you get it for free plus may other colors.

It's a bug that allows you to type a certain number of characters in weird unseen colours. It is not bannable. They're probably going to fix this later though.
I see what you're trying to say, but try report someone for using it and watch if he loses his HSR. Of course he must have the HSR in the first place. I highly doubt anything will happen.
