sniper bullet shell sound??

sooo my question is, why do some people have this bullet shell sound after every sniper shot and others (like me) just after the last one? im watchin crossfire videos on youtube sometimes and i noticed that many guys do have that sound after every single sniper shot. and i can see the video is not edited, so he really is hearing the sound in-game. as i know you can't change the gun sounds and it could end in a ban if you would do it in an illegal way. im just curious and i would like to have it that way. sounds "cooler"

sound edits are hard to spot in videos with no visual edits.

i saw a video today of a noob makin only one headshot with m700 but missing like 3 shots and after each single shot i could hear the bullet shell. and as the video looks i dont think he knows how to edit...in many other videos the shots were in slowmotion and the sound of the shell was always perfectly sync'd with the video...there is a way to make that sound i just dont know how. a friend of mine asked me a couple of months ago if i know something but as u know i dont..
