Registered E-mail is invalid?

it says that my correct account e-mail is invalid, i've been having this problem for 2 weeks now & im sick of z8 not responding to my messages, please could someone help me cause i really need to change my info fast.

Thanks for replying, yes i still have access to the account and i have followed this tutorial and it gives me the outcome of the same e-mail, im honestly confused..

The thing is, im trying to change my password on my z8games account but it says the current e-mail adress is incorrect.. this is a real headache, been going on for 2 weeks+ now..

& my pc is free of trojans, key loggers, any type of those.

Hello guys.. its not the support page, its the account managment page. Whenever i want to change the pw, and i press apply & then it says the e-mail you provided is incorrect. this is really starting to ****ing **** me off. i need to change it! HELP!!!
