Lost an account.

Hello and i've got a little.. A Little big problem.

I lost my main account, and i'd like to get it back, i have all the proof ( payment, old email, old password. ).

So what are the steps to follow ? Do i need to contact the support via this account ( my old one ) or do i try to contact them by e-mail ?
