Completed more than 27 hours and nothing

First of all.. i'm sure that other ppl already posted this and that i'm not the only one who got this problem so don't start posting that i had to check if there is a post like this before..
because i dont really care.. i've done my hours and i have a problem with my rewards and i have to say it.. thanks.

i've done more than 25 hours for the winter games event (actually i've done more than 27 for sure.. anyway)
and i checked out my profile and i saw that i did get an AK 47 SILVER! WHY?!
if i'm not wrong i have to take a golden one..
and more items.. like EXP Plus, Katana Gold, MK23 SOKOM Silenced
what about them?!

and something else.. you have done a 400% EXP/GP Day..
and all day i completed ONLY 1 MATCH!
all the time that i was trying to play, we were getting an error and system was kicking us to the lobby.. not only me.. whole room players.. wtf?
half players didnt even played normally.. however the event.
idk.. next time you better be sure before u add an event.. be sure that it will work..

ps: sorry for my english.. im not here to learn a language.. im here to say my problems

I belive this was happend because I personally play over 55 H during event time and i get all prize from all medals like: 1 thompson crate(bronze) + 15 KSG crate(silver) + 2 DE dual magma(gold) !?!

well i created the topic by only checking my profile guns.. its maybe bugged
'cause i joined the game and i saw that i got all my rewards.. and crates.. everything!
so maybe the site is bugged or something and its not showing them..

my problem solved so i guess a moderator can lock my topic

i have become some gold rewards and some silver rewards and some reward i dont have become it. i have write to support 3 days ago but still have not answered.....
