30 hours played. Only got items for 15 hours played.

I have played 30 hours of Crossfire. Ranging from February 8-23. I have tried hard to get the items I wanted such as the AK-47 Gold and Katana Gold. All I had was the Items for the Silver Medal. I need grave help! Any great souls out there? Can anyone help me. I tried very hard for those Items.. GM Saidin Please hear me out!
