Need help with black bars

I play on a laptop, but i use a monitor as an external display (long story)
Anyway, i can't play with black bars on my big monitor (800x600 on cf) without using 50hz. IF there is anyway i can get black bars on AMD vision engine control center with 60hz that would be great. Thanks!

I know chocolate drop got bars, reid dollas use to have bars but I ain't heard from that nigga in a minute.

if you see display or display settings, something along those lines, go to maintain aspect ratio. if you don't see that option, try changing the screen resolution to something else, and then check maintain aspect ratio & then go back to your normal screen resolution. Works for me in NVIDIA.

Try this, if not then yea, you gotta try to turn off aspect ratio on your AMD driver. No idea how, I use nvidia.
