Здравствуйте, у меня проблема. У меня есть аккаунт, я знаю все это, логин, пароль, секретный вопрос, но он забыл e-mail. Что делать? Зарегистрируйте новый аккаунт, как лень, что разогнанный хорошо. Есть ли способ узнать, что ваш e-mail? Я приношу извинения за такие английский, просто написал с google переводчик

As for your issue, are you saying you traded and received an account? Were you sharing an account? Were you gifted an account? Those are all against the Terms of Service...

If you were the true account holder, you would know the registered email.

Understand that since August third, 2011, There is an IP restriction to all new accounts created on or after that date.

Then click on "Submit a Ticket". From there Crossfire, then Account Administration.
Fill out the form. The 1st box will be the most important, as you're requesting the registered email.

Please understand you will need to provide at least two pieces of account information within that form to Support to prove you are the true account holder.
They have the right to refuse to help you if they think you are not the true account holder.

Good luck, and also please fill out the Support ticket in English. You can add in any further information or requests in the Message Details box.
