One way you can retrieve information is to log out, and at the same place where you would typically log in, click on the lost password link. Input your email that is registered to the account in question and it should send an email to you with all your account info.

There is a known current problem right now with retrieving account info via that tool.
I believe the specific problem is with emails not being sent to Hotmail/Outlook email accounts.

You can also submit a Support ticket under Crossfire, then Account Administration with the request to get your security answer in the 1st box of the form.
