Is That UK Servers Lags?..

Hello All ..
I'm Lagging Very Much .. My Lag Is 130 Not Less .. And It CouldnOt Be ReDuced .. MY InterNet Speed is 1 Mega . And I made Sure That The Service Is working By A Great Way .. When I downLoad Some Thing .. Speed is 130 KB/Sec .. And YouTube is Working Good So I Recognized That This Laging Is From Uk Servers Or From The Game ! .. Although I Tested My Inter net Speed On (WWW.SPEEDTEST.NET) .. My Ping Is 75 Ms ! .. But When i Open The Game The Lag is 130 !!
Please If You Got An Idea give It To me To Solve My Proplem ..

Well it's mostly because the server you tested with is in a different location from the UK.

And please do not type like that, you make my eyes bleed.

Nope I have same problem.

My ping was 65 - 70 normaly. then suddenly dropped to 100
I was playing with 100 PING for 2 weeks now.

And actually I cant aim. by that ping.
UK Servers Have an issue this days.
And Idk how to fix it.
