My account robbed :/

I'am Muhamed from Egypt.
I'am here to post this post .. and i don't really know if this section the best one for post it here but i got really problems with that because i really work hard for this and i paid alot of money for grow it up really hard
someone robbed it and say to me " If you want get it back you must pay for me " i didn't pay so i leave the game ... now i really like to back to it ... i created my new account .. but i really want to get my lost account it really hard to leave it i spend on it much money to buy many things in it .. i paid more than 500 L.E and that's here in Egypt really much
i know all informations if they dosn't change it yet but the problem the yahoo ID that's i was registered with it BLOCKED i really want my account back i don't know what should i do :'(

you will probably have a harder time getting it back since you waited so long, but try support anyway http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm [Select Crossfire, then Complaints] Yahoo mail isn't blocked from z8
provide as much information as possible about the account you had 'robbed' from you that can prove your ownership...
(probably at least 4 things to prove it was yours.)
If you can't, it's a shame. But as players, WE are responsible for our own accounts. Keep your account(s) secure and don't fall for "trading account, free zp, who want vip, you want hack?" scams. Also scan for spyware at least once a week, to keep malware tracking cookies/programs away.
Side tip: watch when you download anything, closely. Those extra softwares, that come with the download you really wanted, are most commonly spyware. Deselect or decline them. Best advice I can give. -

You should add on to your ticket, not the thread...
As for the ribbon itself... Ummm are both FB accounts liking the page?
And does it really matter? If it gets disliked you can always like it again and get the ribbon back lol.

I mean the Facebook account will be mine or my brother's i really forgot but when you check it you will see the name and i will login in it if it's steel working you can also check the Rigstered mail for the account it's the same name in family name ... i didn't say that in the ticket i really forgot because i'am really worried and nervous
If the support want to ask me any questions to take sure i'am the real owner i'am ready to answer all of this questions -
Look i remember other thing i don't know why i didn't remember that when i was posting the ticket

Please don't PM forum members asking if they are Support. I will tell you now NOBODY on the forums can/should/will be able to help you publicly on the Tech Support board.

The ONLY avenue of approach is to continue dialogue with Support THROUGH their ticket system. You can always update your ticket with more information or requests.
And remember, please do not give out your account information to anyone. EVER.
The only time it is appropriate to state some account info is within a Support ticket, if requested by Support to verify you are the true account holder.
