Crossfire is messing up.. HELP!!

So I Have many different problems, i would start of by saying sometimes , my hgwc doesnt even load. it gets stuck at step 3. i deleted all the stuff in its folder and it works. then when that works. before i get the loading screen i just get a black screen with my computer desktop's loading cursor. & simply closing that helps me out. But, in game my fps randomely drops from 200-110 to 20. for less than a minute then my crossfire just freezes. please help me this is really frustrating and i cant clan war with my clan

I just have restarted my router, unistalled crossfire and deleted the folder - afterwards I've checked my registry and scanned my PC. Preferably Kaspersky and CCleaner.
