Stream Settings

Kay so, I need some help to find the best streaming settings ._.

The streaming software I use is: Open Broadcaster Software
Internet Speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3315217742

Comp Specs:
i7-3770
amd redeon hd 7570
12gb ram

and i play on 1920x1080

Anyone could help me?

Set your OBS resolution to your stream resolution. Since CF can't run 1280x720 (as far as I know anyway) it wouldn't be wise to downscale it to that resolution as I believe the image would be cut off in areas.

As far as bitrate, I'd go no higher than 2500. Leave your X264 preset at default, veryfast.

Edit: You'd be able to stream 60 FPS easily too.

Check use CFR, set your key frame interval for 2 seconds, X264 set as main, process priority class normal or above normal. I use above normal and don't notice any performance hit.
