Sup peoplez i would like to hear from you guys how you would like to improve my clan. Haven't had most of your guys opinions so i would like it ^^. You don't need to hold anything back, i would like comments that would help me improve as a leader and improve my clan. Btw we are recruiting and would like new members to help get the community flowing again.

Start playing scrims havent seen you guys scrim and have fun sometimes you take a joke as a insult and that starts a problem the only problem when i was in clan was the rage you guys would rage abd get mad for every little thing and idk if you still do this but you dont need to brag about a sponsorship thats my opinion. Ps this is turtles/-0nce/Ramdxz

Yah we know the rage is gotten to a ridiculous point and we are working on it as we speak -

I love you guys but in all honesty, theres a lot you gotta fix.
First and for most, the drama/trash talk.
- You guys always post SS's of light trickers or some sort of variation of that. It's unnecessary and it'll just cause more drama between Distorition or any other clan.
Glitching rooms in clan server.
- Lots of people have said that Distortion purposely lose first half then glitch the room so when second half starts they win the round and Distortion wins. Doing so makes you guys look bad and makes you look like a wuss. -
This is one of the most proactive steps I have ever seen a clan leader take. Kudos to you Michael.
I rather enjoy playing with Distortion, so I don't really have much in the way of feedback for you. That being said, here is a synopsis of what I have told my own clans in the past...
My goal is not to be a certain rank, have a certain # of members, have a certain CW W/L percentage, or anything quantifiable. My goal is to be a clan about which people will say, "_______ is an awesome clan. Great players and lots of fun to be around and chill with."
In other words, Michael, continue to strive to be that clan that makes other people say, "Oh cool... someone from Distortion just joined the room. I love those guys." -

It's not accusations if it's true, and he's asking for advice on what'll make his clan better.

Accusations are assumptions and thoughts. What was done was actions. So exactly what Ryan said, they aren't assumptions.
And to make your clan better, be a part of the team. Sure, you make yourself look like a god when you play and drop 20s and everyone else sits at 4-9, but people get a little upset when you only have your score because you sit and bait every member of the team. Every team has a tactic, and take my advice as you will. -
Don't make your clan seem like it is elite. Play good, don't troll. If you have a problem with another clan don't join games with them. It makes you look immature, and there is a history of you doing this. One thing to remember, you are just a player in the game and nothing more. Unless you can actually do things above playing, and I mean you yourself doing something, don't say something is going to happen to another player outside of your clan. I would start with telling your whole clan to shape up and be mature, Sam*Adams is a good example of the player your members should strive to be. He is probably your most mature member, from the little bit of interaction I have had with your clan.
