Send a support ticket if you haven't already. Be patient, they can take a week at times to respond to tickets but for account and payment issues they're usually faster than other tickets.

Today i tried to purchase $100 in zp but didn't recieve it in like 2 hours, i check my paysafecards now and the money is back on my cards. Should i try it another time to try purchase ZP? I'm afraid it goes wrong if i try it again, i have my money back but i really want ZP ..
