LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer doesnt work?
Hello,
So the support team of z8games got to change the e mail adress of my account after i lost it. now i thought so i could get my password back but...
then they told me to go to this 'LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer' wich i did i entered my mail adress and after that it said that i can do this 5more times a day so it worked.
after this i went to my mail box and there is no e-mail at all not even in junk/spam section of my mail box? and i requested it already 30min ago?
any solutions? is this normal? can anyone help me out?
