Hello,

yesterday morning (now its evening again) i asked for a support ticket to recover my account cuz my e mail adress doesnt work.
Now my question is how long does it take till the support reply to your ticket?
and do they work in the weekends?
Ticket status is still Open

They don't work on the weekend.
More than likely your ticket would be viewed at earliest on Monday.

For a reply, it could take 3-5 business days.

They normally reply the next day, or within the day if you send the ticket early enough. Of course not on the weekends.. They don't work on Saturdays or Sundays
