CGL's International GM All-Stars Cup

Hello everyone!
CFLA's Ghost Mode Organization CGL started a big project a couple of weeks ago, and AGL will be helping them to make it happen: The International Ghost Mode All-Stars Cup!
It will be a cup involving 3 All-Stars teams: North America's, United Kingdom's and Latin America's.
Each team will be playing Home and Away, which means each team will have 2 matches inside their own server and 2 outside it.
Each one of those six matches will be played using a 2-out-of-3 maps system with 7 rounds. The team that picks the first map is drawn by the organization, and the other team picks the side. If a tiebreaker map is needed, it'll also be decided by the organization, with 5 rounds.
Right now, CGL is taking care of organizing the Latin America Team, and AGL's members will take care of both North America's and United Kingdoms's. In fact, right now, one of our members is dealing with that, and as soon as we have UK's Team, we'll be announcing it here.
On the other hand, we'll be using this thread as a Poll for the community to choose the North America's All-Stars Team!
Based on the previous competitions OCG's GM Tournament and AGL's "11k GM Tournament" and "22k GM Tournament", this is the list of names that might be picked by each one of you:

The team will be formed by 5 starters + 2 substitutes. When voting, pick 7 of those names to form the team. Remember that you're allowed to vote only once, and you're not allowed to change your vote. In case there's a change, your vote will not be counted.

Balanced IMHO, how does subbing works? After a round? When someone dcs??
After talking to CGL's owner, we've agreed that only 2 subs should be allowed. This time you can edit since we're the ones who changed it.
Subbing might be done whenever the team wants to do, but they're allowed to sub only 5 times each match. -

Believe it or not josh can actually carry when he wants 2 but when I was in eg with him he always says stuff about his Fps and what not but at nights list I doubt that will ever happen since the sht Ching pulled in the ocg tourney I still can't believe that sht was low -

Make your list, you can include yourself if you want.
Some players may not even play anymore. Like ching
CGL will pick 7 depending on who gets voted the most. -
