1 -well i grew up poor, even though my parents are wealthy, at a young age they made it clear that i would never be handed anything without working hard for it. right now as a student, i wouldn't say i am rich but i am definitely not poor. growing up was tough when i was around people lower economic class having nicer things than you. but originally in west philadelphia born and raised on the playground where I spent most of my days chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool and all shooting some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys said "we're up in no good" started making trouble in my neighborhood I got in one little fight and my mom got scared and said "you're moving with your aunt and uncle in Bel-Air" I begged and pleaded with her the other day but she packed my suitcase and sent me on my way she gave me a kissin' and she gave me my ticket I put my walkman on and said I might as well kick it first class, yo this is bad, drinking orange juice out of a champagne glass is this what the people of Bel-Air livin' like, hmm this might be alright! I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said "Fresh" and had a dice in the mirror if anything I could say that this cab was rare but I thought now forget it, yo home to Bel-Air Ii pulled up to a house about seven or eight and I yelled to the cabby "Yo, home smell you later" looked at my kingdom I was finally there to settle my throne as the prince of Bel-Air -
Yes. It's hard to tell. I make more money than most people in my group - below college education, under 25, working class family et cetera. But there are always extremes in both ends. I suppose I make a fair wage.
Work. Blue collar slave.
Yes. I do not perform some wonderful task that no-one else can. Very much expendable with the job having a short learning curve if you're intelligent and interested.
My financial situation is worrisome because having a chinese kid getting five cents a day doing my job is very attractive to the company I work for.
But I don't worry in the sense that I'd be homeless without my job, we have a fair social structure and I could easily quit tomorrow and get a higher education if I wanted to, while maintaining my not so modest lifestyle.
No. People will still do the same jobs, but not the same people in the same country.
This only for regular blue-collar labor of course. Financial institutes and corporate headquarters will always remain in well-developed nations. They prefer a taxi over horseback to work, and costs related to a nice presentation of the company are never really costs, they're investments. Act accordingly.
