Rules:
WCG Rulesets

If more than 32 teams sign up, then the tournament will follow the ESG* bracket setup (Group play followed by Single Elimination of best of 3).
The Semi-Finals and Finals will be Best of 5.

If less than 32 teams sign up, then the tournament will just be Double Elimination.

For the finals, the best of Clan Server will go up against the best of the Competitive Server. I still need to figure this out as Clan Server might not have enough teams as the competitive server. Well, it will be figured out by the time sign-ups are done.

BANDICAM should be used with a minimum of 10 quality and 10 FPS.

Yes, bandicam will be used and as for default times, I am not sure. I will let people know once teams start signing up.
