Motive to go competitive, looking for co-captain/callers etc.

So I recently started Motive, and its going well as a pub thing, but I'm looking for the competitive scene. We have a few very good and dedicated players, we just need someone to get us organized.

We have a steady growth in the pub world but we wanna create a mix.

I have some competitive exp and do scrims all the time, I'm looking to get someone (Or some people) with the same that can help with the organization of a solid team (Practices, strat calls, overall knowledge) because I can't do that all on my own, and with school and work, it will be nearly impossible to not have big help. We are willing to show for practices, and do what it takes to get a competitive squad prepared for the next big tourney.

This is definitely a serious inquiry. If anyone wants to help, feel free to pm me on here or in game. I know I'm not the only person in the world looking to do this lol
