Password

Hi, please someone help me. I played CF 3 years ago, and now i want to start again, but i don't want to play all over from beginning. When i click LostID/PW i get an e-mail with username and other stuff but no password, its blank. I sent support ticket but they said this:

"The creation date is correct; however the other information does not match our records, or has not been filled in. Without at least two pieces of RECENT/CORRECT account information on the support form, we cannot begin to assist you."

Only field i didn't filled in is Transaction data and payment method. I never bought anything with real money, so i don't know why this is a requirement. Please tell me how to solve this !
