[Suggestions] Slick Cyber Cup I

I am planning on hosting a tournament for the pub clan players but before doing it I need some suggestions like,

1. Should there be a "X # of Clan Wars played" rule? To prevent teams/new formed clans from participating?
   If yes, how many? 25 , 50 , 100 or 150.
2. Should the ruleset be like WCG or Kings of the Clan Server?
   For reference,

3. How many matches to be played in 1 week?
   1, 2, 3 or 4?
4. Should the tournament be Double Elimination, Single Elimination or Round Robin followed by Single Elimination?
5. Should it be "5 captains per team" like KoCS or regular tournaments kind of sign ups in which only s5 and 3-5 subs can participate.
   
   
   The response to the above questions may or may not affect my decision but I just wanted to hear your guys' opinion before deciding.

I would do KoCS ruleset, then group play(like Ambition Cup), followed by a Double Elim playoffs.

Clans should only be allowed in if they have played more than 150 clan wars, OR are voted in.

Rosters should be an s5 and 3 subs, which are unlocked for 24 hours following the matches, and then relocked, for the round robin, and totally locked for the playoffs.

oh, and 2 matches per week would be awesome.
