Depends on how much you want to spend. Best GPU you can get for around $250-$260 is a GTX 760. If you're willing to spend that much, buy a GTX 760.
You can pick up 8GB 1600MHz RAM for $70-$90. -

That graphics card will give you 200 fps on crossfire, my 460GTX give me 200 FPS but you will not achieve a stable system without balancing your graphics card and processor along with your ram and PSU.
Don't create a bottleneck.
Upgrade your RAM! You're going to need at least 4gbs, your best bet is catching one of these sells for 8gb packs.
Make sure your PSU has enough wattage to handle your current configuration.
GET CPUID, show me the ram configs, I can point you to the right direction.

As for Blackout, he doesn't know one thing about computers. He probably also doesn't know that his power supply is probably only 350w and has no 6 pin PCIe cable. -

You can get all kinds of random numbers from a page file. How am I supposed to know what has or hasn't been changed on his PC? Low space can be linked to PC slow down. -

Still not necessary. Ive disabled my GPU and not a problem with my FPS.

It is necessary for people who want to record, stream, edit, and play other games. Not everyone has the same specs as you, so don't think other people don't have issues with their GPU. -
I never said that you said that. That wasn't my point.
