K so my budget is $600 and under
And obviously with this build it's over, so is there anything I can downgrade for now to achieve my budget? I will upgrade in the future when I get some money.
I'm looking to play cf at 200+ fps and 170+ ish fps on csgo (would love a stable 200)

if you dont need an optical drive, dont buy it. I'd stick to a lower motherboard and video card

I heard that the hd 7770 was trash so eh...
And a Lower motherboard? Suggestions?
Optical drives are 15 bucks so why not

No point in buying a 3570K with an H77 board as you can't overclock with it. May as well get a 3570 or a Z77 board.
