here is the situation

i 1 v 1 with someone and let say he was hacking that "dude you are hacker"

so
i saved replay and screenshots
and i sent it to GM

and, let say i told to someone that hacking
and he changed his name

do GM can still ban him or can't?

They haven't really told us if the ban would go through from the aspect of them changing their name. Just hope for the best that they get the hammer.
