You deposit 75k and you get 10 bonus Rose Combat Axe crates, if you win the axe from the crate then yes you get it to keep it permanently. They aren't actually giving the axe itself only the crates.

First 2 rewards you get 100%, But the 3d one,

You get 10 crates, so Z8 wont garantee that you will win ''these'' reward.
