Streaming on Twitch

For any of the streamers who use open broadcaster, I was wondering if you guys could help fix my problems. When I record on monitor mode, it seems to be flashing every so often when it's live, but it doesn't occur when I record only the game itself. Also how do I record fullscreen because there's always a black border around it. I'm new to streaming so any input relating to my problems would be nice. thanks

thanks the flashing stopped but it didnt fix the black borders by using the same resolutions

The black bars are because of the video player size Twitch uses. It's for 1920X1080 or 1280X720 and I don't think CF supports the use of 1280X720.
