Warning! Got cookies on Z8games
Lets explain this situation a bit first =]
I had only been on z8games, youtube, facebook and the reward surveys for the past 7 days.
Today, while I am reading things in the crossfire forum...this thing pop up.

Well, after that, I just become pretty annoying and take the last picture.

They keep trying to get you to download a program call "Setupprogram5***x.exe" I know all the .exe files are executable and so I didn't download that.
Out of all the sites that I had went, cookies like these are most likely come from the surveys which I had did in the whole week, I suggest that we should get a check with the toolbar+programs downloaded from super rewards system.
List of programs I downloaded during doing survey:
1. PlaySuhi
2. Gamevance
3. Tattoons toolbar (btw, I didn't get zp for this one yet)

The initial window that popped up is a virus. By clicking either Yes or No you activated it. I would suggest downloading Malwarebytes Antimalware and running a full scan.
This virus does not come from the Z8Games site. You must have picked it up from somewhere else. -

Gamevance for sure is a virus, and tattoos is related to FunWebProduct which is also a virus.
If you download that, you PC is infected, and your private information maybe at risk, remove it at once! Software like these we call em Rouge Software.

Actually, I just got on Forums a moment ago (No other site before this) and as I was looking at the threads the same thing happened to me. A fake scanner thing showed up and i just closed the page. Luckily i have Norton 360. -

ok thats scary now cuz i have been through this thing last night n i thought my little brother did something ..thus i woke up all night long n formated everything reinstalled it with drivers n after 4 hours i finished around 5 am in morning ...
was there any virus running around last night o.0 -

Then Avast pops up saying they found a trojan on my comp and they quarantined it b4 it could enter. Only on the forums. Where else could I have gotten it. Maybe it's the forum trolls here that makes the Trojan come into the daylight maybe? Idk why don't you tell me genius. Since you are all knowing.

I had this samething happen to me.
It was from a toolbar I dled here as I did not download anything else anywhere.
My computer was off since I installed the toolbar yesterday. Also I have 2 anti virus's always on and it poped up saying adware denying access. -

why the hell are you saying grey is a lier, if he was a lier then every single person who came to this forum would get that pop-up if it was because of the forums which it isn't. I've never had a single problem with the forums with any sort of pop-ups
if you know how to program viruses then its not hard to make it so some things wont active till something specific is done e.g. open a certain game or visit a certain site so obviously you need to stfu and go scan your computer >.> -
Calm Down, Only reason Theirs a website popping up because your infected with Malware. You'll know When your infected when theirs unwanted advertisement that are popping up on different occasions when browsing the internet. Theirs more then downloading Malwarebytes to Stop malware because their could still be pieces crawling around. First of all, When theirs a pop up saying "Please don't leave" (Yes) Or (no) You always ctrl + ALT + Delete open up task manager and Kill your browser process. Then, use Accessories, System Tools and Disk cleaner to clean out Recent internet files. Open up browser and Clean out recent history also. Because that's where malware starts usually.
When you finish downloading malwarebytes full scan, Then Run a full scan with spybot or Superantispyware. Then run Online scanners

Kaspersky free online virus scanner
Windows Live OneCare safety scanner
BitDefender Online Scanner
Install threatfire for an amazing anti spyware security With real time protection. It will protect you from zero day viruses, spyware,malware etc. If you have Firefox, I recommend Downloading No script that stop websites from exploiting advertisements, Exploiting your browser etc. You can also scan for Vulnerability issues with Software inspector. Remember not updating your firefox plugins,Windows update, Adobe flash player, etc Will cause vulnerability for malware to exploit itself. Make sure you download Internet security WOT for extra protection from Malicious/Scam/Untrustworthy sites.

The site is not infected, Your infected. Your probably not going to z8 forums, Your being redirected. Like z8games.com.net, Which is an exploit. I also had malware and when I tried going on the forums, It says "Access denied" and show me an advertisement. Avast is not the only solution to solving your problem, I'm guessing your using free edition. Avast + Malwarebytes + ThreatFire is a good combination. ThreatFire for antispyware and Malware realtime. Malwarebytes for Good in depth cleaning from malware and Spyware. I do not recommened Doing z8 surveys because most of their websites are malicious and Untrustworthy venders.

Well, I got it visiting the forums, but I also had another tab pulled up. As others before me suggested;
Click the X button. Not 'yes' or 'no'. Or anywhere near it. The only safe button is the X. The rest are really a 'yes' button. After that, try running a scan to see if you have picked up anything.

Well, eitherway, since there are people checked the forum and the site, I think the virus is from super rewards......can any mod report this to the super reward system and tell them to get a check? -

I've reported some malicious sites to them, but it seems nothing get's done. But, They are not going to remove or do anything. They announce their site to be Trusted vendors but WOT/Mcafee/Google Site adviser/Reviewers says other wises. You'll usually receive a viruses when you get redirected multiple of times or a pop up saying (Yes) Or (No) That's why it good to keep noscript with you and WOT. Theirs also reviews on the site. You can also set custom settings to WOT to block sites when the indicator turns red and to warn you when it turns Yellow. Theirs also sites that are green indicated but when It ends it will spam you.
You can also check out my photobucket. Theirs some Screen shots I have token while doing those surveys. 2/3 of the surveys I have taken were malicious and untrustworthy. You might wants to atleast try the suggested I've recommended to you! -

This is not true! Yesterday I was searching the forums with no other webites opened and got the virus scan message. I closed out of iexplore.exe before clicking on anything. Then I was reading the Metin2 Comics and it happened AGAIN!!! -
Did you both do z8 surveys?
I don't do surveys because of all the junk mail and unexpected charges to my cell phone. I would rather buy zp than deal with all that. I know for a fact it's from z8games websites. I just freshly installed Vista and my homepage is my clan page. The best way to stop it is to open task manager FIRST before clicking anything and end the process names iexplore.exe -
See, it is from the site. It happened again today but my browser closed it before it did any damage. I just turned on my computer, went on the site and onto my profile, and boom there it was again. I talked to my clan mates and people in-game say it also happens to them.
No other website does it either.
