fios connection and nad connection

i was playing on a fios connection but the connection was so slow

the connection s[peed was 54 mbps but the game was still moving really slow

also my computer has been not been playing crossfire like it should

when i go to the library and play, game watcher doesnt load
it just sits there
but i think thats because they put something on the internet to stop p2p games from playing

anyway, any help with this is appreciated
