What if we were to transfer all Br accounts to CF Brasil?

Rather just stop them from making new accounts here instead, very few BR remain here anyways so they haven't been a issue since most of them left.

The Brazilian problem is fixed already with servers in Brazil. However it didn't solve the problem completely because the rest of the Latin American CF community still have the same mediocre pings at CFAL.
