Your processor is what's going to be most important in your build if you're looking at streaming.
Since your budget is really steep, I would recommend future proofing. (Buying parts that you won't need to upgrade for a long time.)
Assuming your budget will actually be ~$1500:
For graphics, I would recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487007 ($769.99 Item Price + $5.92 S&H = $775.91 Total / $724.09 Remaining)
For processing, I would recommend this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116502 ($299.99 Item Price + $0 S&H = $299.99 Total / $424.10 Remaining)
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293 ($119.99 Item Price + $0 S&H = $119.99 Total / $304.11 Remaining)
For your RAM, you're not going to need more than 8GB. Even while streaming, your physical RAM will never peak over 8GB, buying any more is a waste of money unless you plan on using your RAM as a make-shift SSD.
My recommendation for RAM, which of course is compatible with your motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231455 ($84.99 Item Price + $0 S&H = $84.99 Total / $219.12 Remaining)
You're going to need a pretty good power supply to power your 780, as well as your processor. Both of these will be drawing the most power. Corsair is definitely a brand I would recommend due to their amazing customer support as well as the overall product integrity.
My recommendation: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139011 ($149.99 Item Price + $5.99 S&H = $155.98 Total ($20 rebate available.) / $63.14 Remaining)
I would definitely recommend getting a heat-sink with your processor, usually factory heat-sinks aren't enough to keep your processor at adequate temperatures. I would recommend a Cooler Master N520. This is the one I use for my processor, never overheats and stays cool when under strain (streaming, editing, gaming, etc.)
My recommendation: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103057 ($42.99 Item Price + $0 S&H = $42.99 Total / $20.15 Remaining)
Your case is really up to your personal preference, but make sure that it has proper ventilation so that your parts will be kept cool. I would recommend a mid-tower to hold all of these parts, you could even get a bigger one if that's what you like.
I kind of went over with this estimation because I didn't include the hard drive, I would definitely recommend SeaGate though. I'm sure you wouldn't mind spending a couple bucks anyway. :P
Good luck. -

Your case might push your wanted price range, and is really up to your personal preference, but make sure that it has proper ventilation so that your parts will be kept cool. I would recommend a mid-tower to hold all of these parts, you could even get a bigger one if that's what you like.

if you're only playing those games, you should dial back your budget by ~$700, and spend it on something more pressing in your life -

An i5 will perform identically to an i7 in games, the only true benefit you would receive with an i7 would be the hyperthreading, which would specifically help in streaming. That being said, an i5 would be more than sufficient for streaming.
Something like this would more than suffice.

lol, far from rich. A year of savings + tax returns to get this. Haven't bought a new PC in 6 Years. Figure its about time to upgrade. Still getting 160 FPS average on a PC that I bought in 2008 is good. -

For the graphics card, get the gigabyte windforce ghz edition. Cheaper and performs better.
