Upgrade the cpu, Upgrade the gpu , Upgrade the ram x2 4gb(8gb total) and you'll be able to run cs:go no problem.

With what you currently have I truly believe it'll be under 80.

more ram and i5 or more would be good even amd processors are great

H61 boards = garbage. Won't be able to overclock with an H61 board should you buy a CPU with an unlocked multiplier. Get dual channel RAM, not single stick garbage. Terrible GPU.
